Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped after successful payment authorisation.
We ship to both domestic and international addresses. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery using the tracking provided.
For orders delivered to third-party collection services (including parcel lockers or PO boxes), the customer is responsible for ensuring they have access to the delivery location and any required collection methods.
We are not responsible for parcels once they have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
