We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day.

UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is free on every order and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

European delivery costs £5 and is sent using Royal Mail International Business Tracked.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery outside Europe costs £10 and is sent using Royal Mail International Business Tracked.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are Royal Mail targets rather than guaranteed delivery dates. They exclude the dispatch date, weekends, bank holidays and any time the parcel is held by customs. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs or the destination country’s local delivery network.
